|2 packs||(3 oz) Raspbery Jello|
|dash||Of ground cloves|
|2 cups||Boiling water|
|2||Cns(8oz) whole berry|
|2 tablespoons||Grated orange rind|
|1 cup||Diced orange sections|
|1 cup||Apple, chopped|
Dissolve gelatin, salt, cinnamon, and cloves in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and orange rind. Chill until thickened. Fold in orange and apple. Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill until firm about 4 hours. Unmold.
Garnish as desired. Makes 9 servings.
Cathy's variation: Make as above in 9x13 glass dish. Then add another 2 boxes of Jello on top
