| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 pack | (6-oz) lemon jello |
| ½ cup | "red hots" cinnamon candy |
| 2½ cup | Boiling water |
| 2 cups | Unsweetened applesauce |
| 2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 2 packs | (3-oz) cream cheese |
| ¼ cup | Milk (up to) |
| 3 tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
| ½ cup | Chopped nuts (i use toasted almonds) |
Dissolve candy and Jello in boiling water. Add applesauce and lemon juice.
Chill until partially set. Blend cheese, milk, mayonnaise and nuts. Swirl into mixture. Chill until firm in a 9x12 pyrex dish. Cut into squares.
Serve with a dab of mayonnaise or just plain.
This is a delicious "make ahead" salad and goes with anything.
