| ½ cup | Packed light brown sugar |
| ¼ cup | Sugar |
| 1 large | Egg |
| ½ cup | Nonfat yogurt |
| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 1½ cup | Flour |
| ¼ teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ¼ teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ¾ teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| ½ teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
| ¼ teaspoon | Ground allspice |
| ¼ teaspoon | Ground cloves |
Beat margarine & sugars until smooth. Add egg. Add yogurt & vanilla & beat until smooth. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda & spices. Cover the batter & refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Drop the batter by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets that have been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 425F for 7-9 minutes or until the cookies are puffed & lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
