8 ounces | Tomato sauce |
Beat egg, add water and seasoning. Add meat and bread crumbs. Shape in small balls (makes about 18-20). Brown in oil. Remove meat balls.
Saute celery, green pepper, and onion -- do not brown. Add tomato sauce. Add meatballs and cook ½ hour.
