|1 can||SPAM Luncheon Meat, cut in strips (12 oz)|
|½ cup||Chopped green onions|
|½ cup||Chopped green bell pepper|
|3 mediums||Potatoes, boiled and diced|
|1¼ cup||Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese|
|¼ cup||Mayonnaise or salad dressing|
In large skillet, cook SPAM, green onions, and green pepper over medium heat until SPAM is lightly browned. Add potatoes, cheese, and mayonnaise. Heat just until cheese begins to melt.
