1 cup | Ricotta cheese |
1 cup | Light sour cream |
½ cup | Milk |
2 tablespoons | Butter or margarine, melted |

¼ teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
¼ teaspoon | Black pepper |
TOPPINGS
1 c Fresh torn bread cubes
½ c Parmesan cheese, grated
2 T Butter or margarine, melted 1 T Fresh parsley, chopped OR
1 t Dried parsley leaves Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook noodles according to package directions. In a large bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, sour cream, onion, milk, 2 tablespoons butter, egg, nutmeg and pepper. Stir in Spam and cooked noodles.
Spoon mixture into greased 2½ quart casserole. Cover. Bake, stirring until thoroughly heated. In small bowl, combine all toppings. During last 10 minutes of baking, uncover, stir and top with topping. Serves 6.
