Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | (8 oz.) Sargento Fancy Supreme Shredded Cheese For Nachos & Tacos |
1 cup | (8 oz.) Sargento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese |
1 can | (4 oz.) chopped green chilies; drained |
3 tablespoons | Butter or margarine; softened |
2 tablespoons | Minced green onion |
½ teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce |
¼ cup | Minced fresh cilantro or parsley |
Combine all ingredients except cilantro in small bowl of electric mixer.
Mix on medium speed until well blended. Chill 1 hour. Shape into log; roll in cilantro
