|1 ounce||Freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|3||Mint leaves plus more for garnish; (3 to 4)|
In a mixing glass, gently muddle vodka or gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, and 3 or 4 fresh mint leaves. Add ice. Shake all ingredients well and strain using a spring strainer over a pint glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wheels.
