|¼ cup||Low sodium soy sauce|
|¼ teaspoon||Garlic powder|
|⅛ teaspoon||Black pepper|
|4||Turkey steaks; thighs, or wings|
Combine vinegar, soy sauce, water, garlic powder, and pepper. Marinate turkey in this mixture 30 minutes or longer. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake turkey and marinate in covered dish for 50-60 minutes. Spoon marinade over cooked rice and serve.
