south seas salad

1 servings
¾ cup Oil
¼ cup Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Sesame seed
2 tablespoons Poppy seed
½ teaspoon Salt
8 cups Mixed salad greens
2 cups Fresh strawberries; hulled & halved
2 cups Pineapple chunks; (fresh or canned, drained)
Kiwis; peeled & sliced, up to 3
½ cup Green onion; chopped



Source: Canadian Living Magazine many years ago Prepare dressing using blender or wire whisk, blending until thick. Cover and chill until serving time. To serve, toss with salad ingredients to coat greens.
