Measure | Ingredient |

3½ cup | Sugar |
2¼ cup | Brandy |
1 \N | Vanilla Bean -- cut in half |
Combine instant coffee, sugar and 2 cups boiling water; stir in brandy. Pour into 2 bottles; add vanilla bean to each bottle. Seal and let age for at least 30 days. Yields 2 fifths.
