| 4 cups | Bread flour |
| 2½ teaspoon | Yeast |
Note: 6 servings for Large (1½ lb) loaf, set to 4 for Medium or 3 for Small.
Put everything in the machine in the order suggested by your manufacturer, lock and load on regular cycle.
