Sourdough biscuits #3

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sourdough starter
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Soda
1 cup Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
4 tablespoons Shortening; melted

Date: 6 Jan 1995 21:48:07 -0500 Mix ingredients. Roll or pat dough ¾ to 1 inch thick. Cut 2 inch biscuits or drop on greased pan. Let stand 20 minutes before baking. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 425 degrees F.
