sour cream potato salad

| 1½ cup | Sour cream |
| ¼ cup | Vinegar |
| ¼ cup | Milk |
| 1 pack | Italian Salad Dressing Mix |
| 6 cups | Potatoes, hot cooked diced or sliced |
| 2 larges | Eggs, hard-boiled and chopped |
| ½ cup | Celery chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | Onion, chopped |

Combine sour cream, vinegar, milk and salad dressing mix; blend well.
Place potatoes, eggs, celery and onion in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss well.
