souper easy quiche

Eggs
1 can Condensed SOUP*
½ cup Light Cream
1 cup SHREDDED CHEESE**
½ cup Diced Cooked Chicken; Turkey, Ham or
6 slices Bacon; (cooked, drained and crumbled)
½ cup Drained; cooked, SLICED VEGETABLES***
9 inch pie crust
  To taste Ground Nutmeg

*Choice of soups are: Cheddar Cheese, Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Onion or Cream of Cellery

**Choice of Shredded Cheese are: Sharp Cheddar, American, Monterey Jack or Swiss.

*** Choices of Vegetables are chopped spinach, cut asparugus, sliced mushrooms or chopped brocoli

1. In medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add Soup and crem, mixing well.

2. Sprinkle Cheese, Meat and Vegatable over piecrust. Pour soup mixture over all. Sprinkle with nutmeg. 3. Bake at 350 Deg F for 50 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
