Measure | Ingredient |

2 pounds | Ground beef |
1 pack | Fresh or frozen broccoli |
1 can | Chicken and rice soup |
1 can | Mushroom soup |
1 can | Onion rings |
8 ounces | Mozzarella or cheddar cheese |
While browning ground beef, cook broccoli. Mix soups together and heat. Place half of browned beef into an 8 x 10 inch casserole dish, covering bottom of dish. Layer in half the broccoli, chopped onion rings, cheese and soup. Repeat layers.
Bake in a 350 F oven until mixture bubbles.
Serves 4 to 6.
