Soup for wonton

Measure Ingredient
6 cups Stock
1 teaspoon Rice wine
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Shredded ginger root
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon Sesame oil
½ tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chopped green onion

SEASONINGS

Heat stock, rice wine, salt and ginger root to boiling. Mix seasonings together and put into each individual serving bowl.
