Something different on a budget meatloaf

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ pounds Ground chicken
¼ pounds Ground pork
¼ pounds Ground beef - lean
¼ cup Whole milk
2 \N Eggs - lightly beaten
½ cup Breadcrumbs
½ cup Honey
\N \N Pepper and salt to taste
2 tablespoons Hot mustard
1 teaspoon Garlic - crushed
¼ cup Apricot jam

Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf. Sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs. Bake in 325F oven for 1-½ hours.
