Contributed to the echo by: Fred Towner Originally from: The Calgary Sun's Great Meatloaf Recipe Search, Monday, June 4, 1990 Submitted by Christine Barabe Something Different on a Budget Meatloaf-6th prize Mix chicken, pork, beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, honey and salt and pepper. Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf. Sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs. Bake in 325F oven for 1-½ hours.
