12 ounces | Soft cream cheese |
2 eaches | Eggs |
⅓ cup | Sour cream |
⅓ cup | Creamy peanut butter |
3 tablespoons | Whipping cream |
⅔ cup | Chocolate chips |
Preheat oven and bake pie shell at 450 degree for 5 to 7 minutes; let cool. Halve candy (lengthwise) and cut in ¼ inch slices. Place in pie shell. In small bowl, beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Beat in sour cream and peanut butter until smooth. Pour over candy. Bake until center is set, 30 to 40 minutes. Cool completely. Heat whipping cream in small pan.
Then remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir to melt. Pour over cooled pie. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, then store in refrigerate.
