| Measure | Ingredient |

| 5½ cup | Tomato juice |
| ¼ cup | Onion; coarsely chopped |
| 3 | Sprays celery leaves |
| 1 | Sprig fresh parsley |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ teaspoon | Sugar |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |
Put one cup tomato juice in blender container, add remaining ingredients.
Cover and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Combine with remaining tomato juice and chill well.
