| 1 cup | Peanuts |
| ½ cup | M&M's |
| ½ cup | Margarine or butter |
| ⅓ cup | Peanut butter |
| 10 ounces | Marshmallows |

Grease 13x9" pan. In large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, peanuts and M&M's. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat; add peanut butter and marshmallows. Heat until smooth and completely melted, stirring occasionally. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat. With wet fingers, press mixture evenly in greased pan. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
