IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. STIR WITH A WIRE WHISK UNTIL BLENDED. DIVIDE MIXURE EVENLY INTO SIX 2½ CUP CONTAINERS WITH TIGHT FITTING LIDS, ABOUT 2 ¼ CUP EACH. LABEL AND STORE IN COOL DRY PLACE. USE WITHIN 12 WEEKS.
