| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 large | Fryer; cut up |
| Salt and pepper | |
| 1 can | (10-oz) cream of chicken soup |
| ½ can | (4-oz) mushroom pieces; and liquid |
| ½ cup | Water |
| 2 tablespoons | Parsley flakes |
| 1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | Soy sauce |
Place chicken in roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 for 1-½ hours. Take our and pour off gravy. Bake for 20 minutes.
