Smoked ham and pineapple dip

Measure Ingredient
200 grams Low fat half cream cheese
125 grams Cooked smoked ham; sliced
1 \N 225 gram can pineapple pieces in natural juice; drained (reserve
\N \N ; juice)
\N \N Milled black pepper
\N \N Fresh parsley to garnish
1 \N Wedges peeled mango; paw paw and
\N \N ; cantaloupe melon
\N \N Mini breadsticks

DIPPING INGREDIENTS

Blend half the ham and pineapple then add the cream cheese. Roughly chop the remaining ham and pineapple and mix in.

Garnish with parsley, pineapple and ham. Chill for a while to allow the ham flavour to develop.
