Smoked chicken

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Chicken
1 can Beer
3 \N Hot jalapeno's
1 small Boiling onion
4 \N Nice cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon Salt

Clean chicken.

Dice jalapeno's, onion and garlic.

Drink half of the beer. It may take a couple tries to get it right. Success has some failures. Keep trying. Place diced jalapeno's, onion, garlic and salt in beer can with the half your were suppose to leave.

Place can in body cavity of chicken and smoke standing up.
