| 7 ounces | Chopped canned mushrooms (fresh would be better) |
| 1 teaspoon | Soy sauce |
| ¼ cup | Red cooking wine |
| 1 tablespoon | Garlic powder |
Put the whole works into a slow cooker, making sure to put some of the mushrooms and onions into the cavity of the bird. Cook for about 5 hours on medium heat.
