sliced beef with lemon grass

2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
7 ounces Bean sprouts
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Chopped garlic
3 ounces Chopped lemon grass
1 pounds Beef tenderloin, sliced

2 tablespoons Chinese wine
4 teaspoons Soya sauce
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

Use the wok to heat up and add in cooking oil. Stir fry the bean sprouts and place it in a serving dish. Heat up wok again and add in olive oil, garlic and lemon grass. Then add in the sliced beef and stir well. Whisk together Chinese wine, soya sauce and Dijon mustard and then pour marinade over beef as it finishes cooking.

Yield: 4 servings
