Skim buttermilk-herb dressing

½ cup Buttermilk; (skim)
¼ cup Fresh chives; snipped
2 tablespoons Red onion; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Mixed herbs; fresh, chopped
½ teaspoon Garlic; minced
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
