|1 pounds||Lean or regular ground beef|
|1 medium||Onion; chopped (about 1/2 cup)|
|¾ cup||Bisquick original baking mix|
|½ cup||Milk (up to)|
|½ teaspoon||Garlic salt|
|1½ cup||Shredded Cheddar cheese (6-oz)|
|2 tablespoons||Margarine or butter (up to)|
|2 mediums||Tomatoes; sliced|
COOK ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain.
MIX baking mix, milk, garlic salt, pepper and eggs in medium bowl with fork until blended (mixture will be lumpy). Stir in beef mixture and ½ cup of the cheese.
HEAT margarine in 10-inch skillet until melted and bubbly. Gradually pour beef mixture into skillet. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 12 to 17 minutes or until almost set. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. Cover and cook 3 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. 8 servings.
