|1 medium||Cabbage, cut into 8 wedges|
|6||Scallions, washed & sliced,|
1. Brown the bacon in a large heavy skillet. Add scallions and saute until golden brown. 2. Place cabbage wedges in the skillet; add water, salt and pepper; cover, and simmer for 35 minutes, turning occasionally with a fork. Makes 6 servings.
