Simply snow peas

Yield: 3 sweet ones

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Prepared snow peas;
2 tablespoons Water;
1 teaspoon Butter =OR=-
1 teaspoon Margarine;
¼ teaspoon Salt;

Combine all ingredients in 1½ qt microwave-safe casserole. Cover tightly and microwave 1 to 2 minutes. Stir gently. Replace cover and microwave 2 to 4 minutes longer, or until snow peas are crisp-tender and bright green.
