|½ cup||Pitted kalamata olives|
|2 tablespoons||Capers, minced|
|¼ cup||Olive oil|
|1 tablespoon||Dijon mustard|
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. If too thick, drizzle more oil into mixture as you blend. Serve with bread or over vegetables.
