Measure | Ingredient |

2 teaspoons | Red curry paste |
2 tablespoons | Japanese soy sauce |
Marinate shrimp with garlic cloves, curry paste and soy sauce. Mix well, then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Skewer the shrimp, then cook them over a grill.
