2 cups White wine
½ cup Lemon juice
Lemons; grated rind of
1½ cup Sugar
1 quart Whole milk
Egg whites
  Grated nutmeg

Combine white wine, lemon juice, grated lemon rinds and 1 cup sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add milk and beat until frothy. Beat egg whites until stiff gradually adding remaining sugar.
