Shrimp scampi no. 2

Measure Ingredient
1¼ pounds Fresh or frozen shrimp
½ cup Butter
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Oregano
\N \N Lemon wedges
4 eaches Crushed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Parsley

PLACE shrimp in single layer on baking pan or cookie sheet. MELT butter, salt, oregano, pepper, lemon juice and garlic over LOW heat.

Keep warm. POUR butter mix over shrimp and coat evenly on both sides.

BROIL 5-8 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked thoroughly. SERVE by spooning shrimp and butter onto plate and sprinkling with parsley.

Decorate with lemon wedges.
