1 each Garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry Mustard
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
¼ cup Oil
1 pounds Shrimp, large, peel & devein
1 x Rice, cooked, hot

Combine garlic, salt, mustard, pepper, parsley, lemon juice, and oil for marinade. Add shrimp to marinade and marinate for 2 hours. Broil, brushing with marinade 4 inches from heat until done. Serve with rice. From "A Taste of Indiana" formatted by Mary Dishongh Bowles.
