Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Shrimp, cleaned |
½ \N | Lemon, juiced |
1 cup | Chopped celery |
2 tablespoons | Capers |
¼ cup | Chopped green peppers |
¼ cup | French dressing |
½ cup | Mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste Lettuce |
Combine all ingredients except lettuce. Mix well. To serve, line salad bowl with lettuce leaves; pile shrimp salad on top.
