Measure | Ingredient |

20 larges | Shrimp, shelled, deveined and cleaned |
3 eaches | Green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths |
1 cup | Blanched snow pea pods |
2 eaches | Onions, cut into wedges |
2 larges | Carrots, pared, sliced 1/2\" thick and blanched |
2 tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons | Teriyaki sauce |
1 tablespoon | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | Chopped fresh ginger |
1 x | Salt & pepper to taste |
Alternate shrimp and vegetable on skewers. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl and brush over kebabs. Place skewers in oven about six inches from top element. Broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side. If desired, they can be cooked on grill in the same amount of time. Be sure to baste several times during cooking.
