Shrimp kebabs

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
20 larges Shrimp, shelled, deveined and cleaned
3 eaches Green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths
1 cup Blanched snow pea pods
2 eaches Onions, cut into wedges
2 larges Carrots, pared, sliced 1/2\" thick and blanched
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon Lime juice
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh ginger
1 x Salt & pepper to taste

Alternate shrimp and vegetable on skewers. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl and brush over kebabs. Place skewers in oven about six inches from top element. Broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side. If desired, they can be cooked on grill in the same amount of time. Be sure to baste several times during cooking.
