Shrimp fritter

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Milk
½ cup Self-rising flour
1 cup Raw shrimp; chopped
1 cup Cooked rice
1 \N Egg
½ cup Green onions; chopped
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoon into hot cooking oil and fry into golden brown. Make small and serve as an appetizer.
