|Cheese (5 oz.)|
|7 ounces||Canned shrimp or crab meat|
Split muffins and spread with shrimp mixture. Freeze on cookie sheet, then store in plastic bag in freezer. When ready to serve, cut into 4 or 6 pieces, and bake at 400° for 6 minutes.
