Shrimp au gratin

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Shrimp
1 cup Thin white sauce
½ cup Buttered bread crumbs
⅔ cup American cheese, grated
1 tablespoon Parsley, finely chopped

Alternate layers of cleaned, cooked shrimp, white sauce and ½ cup of the cheese in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley and remaining cheese. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top. Bake at 400 F. for 20 minutes or until crumbs are brown. Courtesy Telephone Pioneers BillSpalding *P CRBR 38 A
