Measure Ingredient
4 pounds Shrimp;cooked
¼ cup Peanut Oil
¼ cup Vinegar;white
1 tablespoon Chives;chopped
1 tablespoon Chili Sauce
2 teaspoons Mustard;hot
1 \N Garlic;clove;medium
¼ teaspoon Paprika

Combine oil, white vinegar, chives, chili sauce, hot mustard, garlic and salt. Add cooled shrimp; Toss well.

Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, tossing occasionally.

To serve, drain, sprinkle lightly with paprika.
