Shredded chicken sesame

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2¾ pounds Chicken, shredded
\N \N Sesame Garlic Dressing:
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon MSG (opt)
2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
2½ tablespoon Sesame paste or tahini
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Chopped green onion
½ teaspoon Grated fresh ginger
2 \N Cloves garlic, crushed
¼ tablespoon Chinese hot pepper oil to taste

Place the shredded chicken in a bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients together to form a salad dressing. Toss with the chicken and arrange on a platter. Garnish with more chopped green onions, if desired.
