1 tablespoon | Sesame oil |
1 tablespoon | Cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon | Chopped green onion |
½ teaspoon | Grated fresh ginger |
2 \N | Cloves garlic, crushed |
¼ tablespoon | Chinese hot pepper oil to taste |
Place the shredded chicken in a bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients together to form a salad dressing. Toss with the chicken and arrange on a platter. Garnish with more chopped green onions, if desired.
