Shindig bbq sauce

Yield: 1000 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Garlic powder small bottle
½ can Red Pepper (or to taste)
1 pounds Brown Sugar
½ can Chili Powder
1 can Black Pepper small can
1 gallon White Vinegar
1 pack Worch. Sauce small bottles
14 pounds Ketchup (2 7# cans)
½ pounds Sausage Seasoning

Put all ingredients except ketchup in pan. heat but do not boil. add ketchup and remove from heat.
