Sevilla pasta

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Italian tomatoes
4 tablespoons Capers
3 \N Cloves garlic
1 cup Chopped onion
\N \N Ground pepper
1 cup Red wine
\N \N Olive oil
\N \N Pasta

This recipe was submitted by Paul Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Add tomatoes, capers and black pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Finish with wine and simmer for 5-10 minutes more. Serve on al-denti pasta.
