Saute sesame seeds (dry w/ no oil) to a golden color. Put in blender & process to a powder-like texture. Mix with sugar. (This makes sesame sugar.) Mix flour with enough water to make a batter-like consistency; it should not be too thin. Add baking powder and mix again. Remove banana peels and slice bananas diagonally about 1-½ in. apart. Roll in cornstarch. Heat oil to about 300 degrees. Dip banana pieces into batter, then into hot oil. Remove when they turn a light golden brown. Put on a plate and sprinkle with Sesame Sugar. Serve.
