Seagram's gin bbq sauce

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Chopped Onion
2 \N CLOVES Garlic; Minced
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 can (28Oz.) Tomato Puree
1 cup Seagram's Gin
¾ cup Pineapple Juice
2 tablespoons Tabasco
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
½ teaspoon Dry Mustard

In A 2-Quart Saucepan, Saute Onion And garlic in hot oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bring to a boil Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 1 hour, stirring frequently. Use to baste ribs, poultry or steak.
