Seafood casserole #1

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Flour
3 tablespoons Melted butter
1 cup Milk
½ cup White wine
½ cup Sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
¾ pounds Cooked crab meat
1 pack Lobster tails; cooked
1 pounds Shrimp; cooked

Mix flour & butter in pan & gradually add milk, cooking until thick. Slowly blend in wine, grated cheese & Worcestershire. Cook until cheese is melted.

Add remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
