|1 pounds||Crab meat|
|1 pounds||Cooked shrimp; deveined|
|1 cup||Finely chopped onion|
|1 cup||Finely chopped celery|
|1 cup||Lowfat mayonnaise|
|½ cup||Chopped green bell pepper|
|1 tablespoon||Worcestershire sauce|
|1 cup||Lowfat sour cream|
|½ cup||Dry bread crumbs|
|2 tablespoons||Margarine; melted|
Mix first 10 ingredients together. Put into a 3 quart casserole. Mix crumbs with melted butter. Spread over top. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 30 mins. Serve over rice or in patty shells.

NOTES : Can be made with imitation crab. I have also added scallops. Very Good.
