| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 pounds | Crab meat |
| 1 pounds | Cooked shrimp; deveined |
| 1 cup | Finely chopped onion |
| 1 cup | Finely chopped celery |
| 1 cup | Lowfat mayonnaise |
| ½ cup | Chopped green bell pepper |
| 1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 cup | Lowfat sour cream |
| ½ cup | Dry bread crumbs |
| 2 tablespoons | Margarine; melted |
Mix first 10 ingredients together. Put into a 3 quart casserole. Mix crumbs with melted butter. Spread over top. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 30 mins. Serve over rice or in patty shells.

NOTES : Can be made with imitation crab. I have also added scallops. Very Good.
