| ¼ cup | Finely chopped celery |
| ¼ cup | Finely chopped olives |
| 3 tablespoons | Mayonnaise |

| 4 ounces | Sliced LORRAINE cheese |
| 1 | Tomato, sliced |
Combine crab, scallion, celery, olives, mayonnaise and pepper. Place Lorraine on bottom half of roll. Broil until melted. Top with tomato slices and crab mixture.
